How do I get started with my child?
After creating your account, you can immediately start using the interactive groups from the Groups menu. We recommend starting with the "Pets" or "Foods" group — they're suitable for all levels.
How much time does my child need daily?
We recommend 15–20 minutes daily. Consistency is more important than long sessions. You'll find your child's progress in the Dashboard.
Can I change the interface language or audio dialect?
Yes — from Settings → Language and Dialect, you can choose the dialect that suits your child (Egyptian, Gulf, ...).
How do I book a consultation with a specialist?
From the Consultations page, click "Book a consultation", then choose a convenient time from the available slots. The booking will be confirmed via email.
Refund policy?
You can request a full refund within 48 hours of the subscription date. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From the Subscription page, click "Cancel subscription". The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
